Financial expert and graduate of ESCA (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce d’Abidjan), he has more than ten years of experience in the field of finance, particularly in financial engineering, modeling, structuring and financial restructuring of companies in the banking, insurance, industry and agribusiness sectors.

After holding senior positions at the Banque Internationale de l’Afrique de l’Ouest (BIAO, now NSIA Banque), he joined Atlantic Group in 2015 as Deputy Managing Director of AFG and became in 2022 the Managing Director of Atlantic Group SA, the parent company of the Group in charge of supervising the activities of the sub-holdings (banking, insurance and industry). Mr. ABISSA is a CFA Charterholder.

With almost 34 years’ experience in the banking sector, Mr. YEO, an engineer by training (Ecole Centrale de Marseille and Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble), began his career in 1985 with Energie Electrique de Côte d’Ivoire (EECI), before joining the Société Générale Group, where he held the positions of IT Director, Finance and IT Director and then Deputy Managing Director of SGCI in Côte d’Ivoire.

He was then appointed CEO of the Burkina Faso and Ghana subsidiaries from 2011.

In 2018, Société Générale Group promoted him to Regional Director for Central and East Africa, a position he will leave in June 2021 to join AFG Group.

Ivorian businessman, graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales from the Académie Internationale d’Enseignement Secondaire et Supérieur in Bordeaux, France; the Manhattan Institute of Management; the International Management Institute in Japan; and the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) in Paris.

He joined the Atlantic Group in 2007 as Chairman and CEO of Atlantic Financial Group Central and East Africa, and is now in charge of developing the Group’s Banking & Insurance division.
